Freedom Fest has many different vendors each year.  We have everything from veteran patches and
t-shirts to great ceramics.  Many of the vendors are veterans, but not all.  

If you are wanting to set up a booth to make a lot of money, Freedom Fest is probably not what you are
looking for.  However, if you believe in honoring our veterans and saluting America and at the same
time having fun and meeting lots of great people, Freedom Fest is the place to be.  The vendors that
come every year know they are not going to be able to retire with what they make that weekend.  They
do cover their expenses and sometimes extra.  

Freedom Fest has become a big family reunion to many of our vendors.  They wouldn't miss it for
anything.  

If you are interested in setting up a booth at Freedom Fest 2008 - check out the following information.

FREEDOM FEST 2008 VENDOR INFORMATION

- Vendor set up time will be Thursday evening, September 4th.  If you must set up on Friday, vehicles must be
in place by 9 am or wait until after 3:00 pm.  (We have a living history for the school kids taking place on the
grounds and don't want vehicles moving in or out of the area while they are there)

- If you have a large rig, arrangements should be made prior to set up time.

- Automobiles may not be parked in your vendor space, if your vehicle is part of your display, there will be an
additional charge of $20.  Only one vehicle will be permitted per vendor.

- The Freedom Fest Committee reserves the right to decide where automobiles will be allowed.

- Spaces will be assigned, first requests will be honored.

- The Freedom Fest Committee reserves the right to refuse space to vendors unsuitable for a family event.

- Only one vendor per booth space.

- Tables are not provided.

- Total refunds will only be considered if cancellation is prior to August 25, 2008.

- Please return the attached form, along with your payment by August 20th.
